Wadley Regional Medical Center has served Texarkana and the surrounding communities for over 117 years. Serving 16 counties in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, Wadley is a comprehensive general acute care facility with a full range of medical specialties and advanced diagnostic capabilities. Accredited by The Joint Commission, Wadley is licensed for 370 beds by the State of Texas and certified by Medicare. As Texarkana's first Joint Commission certified and State designated Primary Stroke Center, Wadley strives to bring the latest technology and advanced procedures to Texarkana. Focused on providing the latest technology, Wadley brought robotic surgery to Texarkana with the da Vinci Si surgical system. The da Vinci is used by our urologists, gynecologists, general and vascular surgeons and cardiothoracic surgeon. Wadley was also the first hospital in Texarkana to be dual certified by the States of Texas and Arkansas as a Level III (Advanced) Trauma Center and was the first to offer the fully digital MRI with breast imaging capabilities.
